Selecting the right bamboo is crucial for ensuring the quality and durability of our products. We carefully choose mature bamboo that meets specific criteria for further processing.
Bamboo must be at least 4 years old for optimal strength and flexibility.
Only bamboos with a central diameter of more than 12 cm are used.
Straight, round bamboos are selected; tender, diseased, or misshapen bamboos are removed.
The bamboo tips are discarded, and only appropriate middle nodes and roots are utilized.
Bamboo is sawed into sections, sliced into 4 cm widths, and roughly planed.

In the shaping stage, bamboo products are pre-heated and placed into specialized molds for high-temperature pressing. This process applies both heat and pressure to mold the bamboo into the desired shape. Precision molds ensure that each product meets exact specifications. After pressing, the products are cooled and hardened to maintain their new form and strength.

The polishing process ensures a smooth and refined finish by removing any surface imperfections or burrs from the bamboo products.
