AnzhuCraft offers plates in 4, 6, 10, and 12 mm thicknesses. 4 mm and 6 mm plates are suitable for dry and semi-dry foods and single-use disposable applications. 10 mm and 12 mm plates offer greater rigidity for heavier dishes, wet foods, and semi-reusable hospitality service. Custom thickness outside standard ranges is available for OEM orders of 20,000+ units.
AnzhuCraft maintains a large in-stock inventory of standard bamboo plates ready for immediate dispatch. Whether you need bamboo disposable plates wholesale for catering distribution, bamboo plates in bulk for a large event, or a mixed-SKU wholesale order combining plates, cutlery, and skewers — our factory has the supply depth to fulfil high-volume orders without lead time surprises.

AnzhuCraft supplies bamboo plates for food service distributors, catering suppliers, eco tableware brands, and retail packaging companies. Bulk orders, mixed sizes, and OEM packaging are available.

Our bamboo plate range includes round plates, square plates, boat plates, compartment plates, charger plates, and bamboo plywood trays. Different sizes and shapes can be selected for different food service needs.

Bamboo plates are suitable for sushi, snacks, desserts, appetizers, buffet service, weddings, parties, catering, and hotel banquets. They offer a natural look for disposable and semi-reusable tableware use.
For brands that require unique plate shapes, custom engraving, or proprietary packaging, AnzhuCraft offers a complete OEM and ODM service. Our in-house mold design team and laser engraving facility can produce custom bamboo plates from concept to mass production entirely within our factory.
Custom OEM MOQ: 50,000 units per SKU. Typical lead time: 25–35 days after sample confirmation.

Standard round and square formats cover most food service needs, but AnzhuCraft also produces custom shapes on request: rectangular bamboo serving plates for sushi and tapas presentation, oval plates for fine dining, heart-shaped plates for wedding catering, and free-form irregular shapes for boutique hospitality. Custom sizes outside the standard range (85–255 mm) are also available, including extra-large 300 mm and 350 mm formats for sharing platters.

Add your brand identity directly to the bamboo surface. We offer two finishing methods: laser engraving (burns the design into the bamboo surface — precise, durable, and chemical-free) and hot stamping (foil transfer in gold, silver, white, or black — ideal for premium retail and hotel presentation). Both methods are food-safe and suitable for high-volume automated production. Minimum artwork requirement: vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF at 300 dpi).

All standard bamboo plates are sanded to a smooth, natural matte finish. For premium applications, Anzhu also offers: food-grade oil treatment (linseed or bamboo oil, enhances grain depth and moisture resistance), carbonized finish (heat-treated dark brown surface for a distinctive premium look), and wax coating (adds light sheen and water resistance for wet food applications).

Packaging options for bamboo plates include: individual PE wrap (hygienic single-unit protection for food service), OPP clear bag with paper header card, custom kraft paper sleeve with printed branding, custom-printed rigid box (retail shelf presentation), and shrink-wrapped bulk stacks with printed master carton. OEM clients can supply their own packaging artwork — we handle print production and assembly in-house.

For meal kit, catering tray, and airline service applications, Anzhu produces bamboo plates with molded or scored compartments — typically 2-compartment or 3-compartment formats. These allow separate food items to be served on a single plate without mixing, and are popular for children's meal services, in-flight catering, and health food delivery brands.

Build the perfect table setting for any occasion. Mix and match bamboo plates across a range of sizes and styles, — from appetizer and salad plates to full dinner plates and serving platters — and opt to include add-ons like bamboo bowls, napkins, or condiment packets. Every set is handpicked and packaged by AnzhuCraft, giving you a reliable, eco-friendly solution for airline services, outdoor catering, or large-scale corporate dining.
Our ordering process is designed to be straightforward for both first-time and repeat B2B buyers. Every inquiry is assigned a dedicated account manager who handles communication from first quote through to post-shipment support.

We arrange sea, air, or express freight with all export docs. Enjoy dedicated after-sales support for seamless reorders.
AnzhuCraft’s manufacturing infrastructure is purpose-built for high-volume, export-grade production. Our bamboo plates are produced in a dedicated facility using automated pressing and cutting lines, with full in-house quality control at every stage. The factory is located in Shucheng County — one of China’s primary bamboo-producing regions — giving us a supply chain advantage in raw material quality and cost.
To ensure damage-free delivery of bamboo plates in bulk international shipments, we utilize a strict 4-layer protection standard:
Individual plates wrapped in PE film or interleaved with paper to prevent surface scratching.
Inner cartons fitted with foam inserts or corrugated dividers for rigid protection.
Master cartons reinforced with a moisture-resistant lining, optimized for sea freight.
Palletized loads secured with stretch film on ISPM 15-compliant wooden pallets.
All AnzhuCraft bamboo plates are manufactured under food-contact safety protocols and tested to international standards. Our raw bamboo is processed without formaldehyde, chemical bleaches, or heavy-metal treatments. Every production batch is inspected before shipment, and full test documentation is available to buyers on request.

Read more ↓Show less ↑ Bamboo kids plates and bamboo children's plates are increasingly used by schools, daycare centres, children's restaurants, and family dining brands as a safe, natural alternative to plastic or melamine children's tableware. Anzhu supplies bamboo plates for kids in compartment formats (2 or 3 sections) that keep food items separate — popular for school meal programs and children's catering services. Our bamboo kitchen plates for family use are available in the 180 mm and 230 mm sizes. For brands specifically marketing bamboo toddler plates or bamboo baby plates, non-toxic bamboo plates product information and safety certifications are available on request. Show less ↑
Family & EducationParents, childcare brands, and family dining operators are increasingly seeking bamboo plates for kids as a natural, plastic-free alternative to conventional children’s tableware. Bamboo is inherently non-toxic, BPA-free, and free from phthalates and heavy metals — making non-toxic bamboo plates for babies and non-toxic bamboo plates for toddlers a well-founded choice when sourced from a certified manufacturer.
AnzhuCraft’s bamboo children’s plates are manufactured to FDA and LFGB food-contact safety standards. Our BRC A+ certified production environment ensures every plate is free from contamination, chemical treatments, and harmful processing agents. We do not use formaldehyde glues, bleaching agents, or synthetic surface coatings in our standard bamboo plate production.
AnzhuCraft's solid bamboo plates are food-safe and non-toxic under our standard manufacturing process. However, buyers sourcing bamboo baby plates or bamboo toddler plates for infant use should be aware of the following: (1) Solid bamboo plates are suitable as serving surfaces but are not designed to withstand the impact of being dropped by young children — for high-drop-risk infant environments, silicone or weighted base plates are a more appropriate material. (2) Bamboo suction plates (plates with a silicone suction base for table adhesion) are a separate product category — AnzhuCraft does not currently manufacture bamboo suction plates with integrated silicone bases, but we can produce the bamboo plate component for assembly with third-party silicone bases. (3) For bamboo plates for kids marketed to infants under 12 months, buyers should confirm compliance with applicable infant tableware regulations in their target market (e.g., EN 14372 in the EU for children's cutlery and feeding articles).
For children's food service and retail applications, AnzhuCraft recommends the following formats:
180 mm round bamboo plate: ideal as a bamboo dessert plate or snack plate for children aged 3+ in school and daycare settings
230 mm 2-compartment bamboo plate: keeps main dish and side separate — popular for school meal programs and kids' restaurant menus
230 mm 3-compartment bamboo plate: full meal tray format — widely used in children's catering and airline junior meal service
Custom shaped bamboo children's plates: OEM clients can commission custom plate shapes with rounded edges and child-friendly dimensions — MOQ 50,000 units
Conventional plastic children's plates (polypropylene or ABS) carry ongoing consumer concerns about BPA, phthalates, and microplastic migration — particularly when heated. Bamboo melamine plates are a common market alternative — these are composite plates made from bamboo fibre and melamine-formaldehyde resin, and while they offer good durability, they are not natural bamboo products and release formaldehyde when exposed to high heat. AnzhuCraft's solid bamboo plates contain no melamine, no formaldehyde binders, and no synthetic resins — they are a genuinely natural product. For brands positioning on 'pure natural' or 'plastic-free' claims for bamboo kids plates or bamboo toddler plates, solid bamboo is the only material that supports those claims without qualification.
The eco-tableware market offers multiple material options — bamboo, paper, bagasse, palm leaf, and PLA. Each has different performance characteristics, cost profiles, and sustainability credentials. This section gives buyers a clear comparison to help identify whether bamboo plates are the right choice for their application.
Conventional paper plates, even heavy-duty versions, lack rigidity for wet or heavy foods and often require PE or PLA coating to prevent soaking — which compromises their compostability. Bamboo plates are inherently moisture-resistant without any coating, four times stronger than paper plates of equivalent size, and fully compostable without synthetic linings. For any application involving sauces, juices, or moderately heavy food loads, bamboo outperforms paper significantly.
Bagasse plates are molded from sugarcane fibre and offer excellent heat resistance and grease resistance — making them the preferred choice for hot takeaway food and microwave-safe applications. Bamboo plates have a more premium natural aesthetic (visible bamboo grain), stronger structural rigidity at equivalent thickness, and a warmer visual profile suited to upscale presentation. For high-heat or microwave contexts, bagasse is the better technical choice. For visual presentation and brand premium, bamboo wins. AnzhuCraft manufactures both — we can advise on the right choice for your application.
Palm leaf plates (made from fallen Areca palm leaves) are fully natural and biodegradable, and have a distinctive rustic appearance. However, palm leaf plates are inherently irregular in shape and texture due to the natural leaf variations — making them difficult to brand consistently or produce at industrial scale. Bamboo plates offer full dimensional consistency, are available in precise custom sizes, and support laser engraving and surface finishing that palm leaf cannot accommodate. For branded, consistent food service, bamboo is the more commercially controllable choice.
Single-use plastic plates are now banned or restricted in the EU, UK, Canada, and many US states under single-use plastic directives. Melamine and bamboo-melamine composite plates are reusable but contain synthetic binders and are not biodegradable or compostable. Pure bamboo plates contain no plastic or synthetic compounds, making them the only natural, single-ingredient tableware option that is both food-safe and genuinely end-of-life sustainable. They biodegrade in 4–6 months under composting conditions.
AnzhuCraft's 4 mm and 6 mm bamboo plates are designed for single-use or limited reuse in food service contexts — they are lightweight, cost-effective, and fully compostable after use. Our 10 mm and 12 mm thickness options offer greater durability and are suitable for semi-reusable hospitality applications (e.g., poolside dining, hotel breakfast service) where plates may be handwashed and reused 5–10 times. Reusable bamboo plates with a wax or oil surface treatment offer extended service life for bamboo kitchen plates and home dining use. For high-frequency reuse (daily restaurant service), a durable reusable bamboo plates set with a lacquer or wax finish is a better fit — contact us to discuss options.
Wheat straw plates are made from the fibrous residue left after wheat grain is harvested, typically mixed with PP (polypropylene) plastic binder to create a moldable composite. As a result, wheat straw plates are technically a plastic-composite product — they are not fully biodegradable and should not be marketed as 'compostable' in most jurisdictions. Bamboo vs wheat straw plates is therefore not a direct comparison between two natural materials: bamboo plates are a natural, single-ingredient product, while wheat straw plates contain plastic. For buyers making genuine sustainability claims — particularly in EU markets where greenwashing legislation (the Green Claims Directive) is tightening — solid bamboo plates are the more legally defensible choice.
'Bamboo plates' in the market encompasses several distinct product types. Solid bamboo plates (Anzhu's product) are cut and pressed from natural bamboo strips — genuine natural material. Bamboo fiber plates are made from ground bamboo pulp mixed with binding resins — composite material, smoother surface, lower structural strength. Bamboo melamine plates are made from bamboo fibre combined with melamine-formaldehyde resin — durable and dishwasher-safe, but contain synthetic resin and can release formaldehyde at high temperatures. When sourcing non-toxic bamboo plates for babies, hospitality, or eco-retail, solid bamboo is the only format that contains no synthetic binders, no melamine, and no plastic — and the only one that is fully compostable at end of life.
The global market for bamboo tableware is served by hundreds of factories at varying quality levels. Here is what distinguishes Anzhu — and why international buyers across Europe, the USA, and Asia-Pacific consistently choose us as their best bamboo plates supplier for long-term supply partnerships.
AnzhuCraft is a direct manufacturer, not a trading company or sourcing agent. You deal directly with the factory at every stage — pricing, production scheduling, QC, and shipping. There are no intermediaries adding cost or communication delays. Many of our clients have maintained supply relationships for 5–10 years, benefiting from stable pricing, priority production slots, and simplified reorder processes.
Our BRC A+ rating under the BRCGS Packaging Materials Standard is the highest achievable grade in global food packaging supply chain certification. This is a hard requirement for supply to most UK and European supermarket chains and provides buyers with auditable assurance of our food-safe production environment. Most bamboo plate manufacturers in China do not hold BRC A+.
All bamboo raw material used in AnzhuCraft plates is sourced from FSC-certified forests with full chain-of-custody documentation. This allows our buyers to make verified sustainability claims — a growing requirement for both retail shelf labeling (especially in the EU and Germany) and corporate procurement ESG reporting. We provide FSC transaction certificates for each shipment.
In 2023, AnzhuCraft completed the installation of a rooftop photovoltaic power station covering 100% of our factory's energy needs. This means every bamboo plate we produce has near-zero operational energy emissions — a differentiator that B2B buyers can incorporate into their own Scope 3 carbon reporting and sustainability communications.
All stages of the OEM process — mold design, plate pressing, laser engraving, packaging assembly, and QC inspection — are conducted within our own facility. We never outsource mold fabrication or packaging production. This eliminates handoff delays, protects the confidentiality of your product designs, and ensures consistent quality from the first sample to the ten-thousandth shipped unit.
